Hah! Major edits at the same time! Sadly being slower to commit... I get to resolve conflicts :( --Callistan 08:25, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
- And now it's my turn to resolve conflicts. :-) Can I get you to hold for a day while I finish what I've got? I'm working from some documents that I wrote quite a while ago for my own flag. Thanks! --Barrister 08:52, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
I'm done. Actually, I was pleasantly surprised at how similar our versions were in content and flow. She's all yers for a while! --Callistan 08:55, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
And now I'm done until I think of other stuff. Everyone should feel free to edit/update as necessary. --Barrister 09:53, 19 Jun 2005 (UTC)
"If at any time it is mathematically impossible for any contender to win, the blockade automatically ends. For example, if the defender wins three rounds, the blockade is over."
Is this completely accurate? It's possible for a team to become so far ahead on points that they are mathematically guarenteed to win the round no matter what happens during the rest of the round. If the defender has won two rounds and has an insurmountable lead in the current round, will the blockade end before the round is finished? --Trazz 08:03, 24 Jun 2005 (UTC)
It won't. I've reworded the main text for clarity. -- Blinkoing
Yaten, thanks for adding those pictures. They really illustrate what the text is describing. Great job! --Barrister 10:12, 26 Jun 2005 (UTC)
"However, defender ships remaining in the blockade zone are ejected and deported ocean-side."
Shouldn't this be "contender ships", not defender? (Not 100% sure so I won't edit.) -- Argonaut
- Yes. I'm not sure what I was thinking when I typed that. Fixed.--Yaten 20:08, 28 Jun 2005 (UTC)
[edit] External Links?
Does anyone know the links for the Fandango blockade nav videos? Those could be good to add to the ext links section. --Guppymomma 18:24, 6 Jul 2005 (UTC)
- They're on the official forums somewhere, but the newest one I spot on the Fandango forum is at http://www.themobius.net/tech/YPP/ourguavaprocessed02.avi --Yaten 19:32, 6 Jul 2005 (UTC)
- Shhhh, stop ruining my plans to be lazy and not search the giant forums! :) I'll add that avi link though. --Guppymomma 19:39, 6 Jul 2005 (UTC)
